E Glass Needlemat rated to 600°C Packed 4 x Rolls per pallet	Darco style DENM series Needlemat insulation is composed of 100% selected grade type “E” glass fibres needled together into a mat form. It is non-respirable, incombustible asbestos free and contains no chemical binders. Above all Darco Needlemat has vibration resistant properties allowing it to be successfully used for engine exhaust jacketing, turbo covers and silencer packing. Other uses include seals in the glass industry, oven insulation, industrial furnaces, boilers and kilns and is an exceptional material for use as removable insulation pads for pipes, valves and motors. Silica Needlemat is processed in such a way to maximise thermal and acoustic insulation efficiency. It is non respirable, non-itchy, non-combustible, asbestos free and contains no chemical binders. PREOXIDISED CARBON FIBRE MAT - PANTHER FELT	Darco DPCM Series (also known as Panther Felt) is a Pre-Oxidized Carbon Felt inherently flame resistant insulation that can withstand short term temperatures up to 1000°C / 1800°F with continuous temperatures of 400°C. Darco Heat shield special stitch bonded needlemat holds together much better than plain needlemat especially on hot vibrating exhaust systems. The stainless steel foil is more durable than aluminium foil, especially under body for better puncture resistance - Rated to 1000°C.

Insulated heat shields can be made using Darco stocked back up insulation for vibrating engine exhaust systems can be E glass needled mat to 600°C ( 6 mm, 12mm, 20 mm , 25 mm) or silica needled mat to 1000°C (12 mm, 25 mm) or ) for non-vibrating applications use ceramic fibre paper (1 mm, 2mm, 3 mm and 6 mm) or blanket 1260°C (12 mm, 25 mm, 50 mm”.

Application

Mainly for gold electrowinning cell cathodes.

Scrub pads for industrial and commercial applications.

Not ideal for exhaust silencer packing. See SS434WOOL above.

Apart from our focused application of gold electrowinning cell cathodes, Grade 0 is ideal for light cleaning

and surface preparation situations where a slightly more aggressive cutting action is required without the need to strip a finish completely.

It can also be used to dull a gloss finish. Used for fine smoothing and finishing.

Flexible scouring for intricate surfaces.

Must be kept away from all sources of ignition

Suitable for most surfaces including steel, timber, porcelain and glass.

Example: Smooths out stains, heel marks and scratches on floors.
